Late drama saw Boston Town’s six-game unbeaten run brought to a close.

After fighting back from 2-0 down against UCL Premier highfliers Yaxley, the Poachers thought they had earned a share of the spiils.

However, the Cuckoos took all three points with a late penalty.

And worse was to come for the home side as the collision which led to the spot kick saw defender Nick Jackson taken to hospital suffering concussion and a jaw injury.

Ricky Hailstone and David Cobb had put Yaxley in front at the break.

Jack Wightwick pulled one back for the Poachers before Tim Lowe levelled from the penalty spot.

However, Dan Cotton had the final say at the death.
