Boston Town have agreed deals to bring in three new players for next season, but fans’ favourite Paul Goodhand has called time on his Poachers career.

Former Boston United midfielder and left back Liam Green, ex-Brigg Town striker Jamie Coulson and defender Tim Lowe, previously with Clee Town, have all agreed to spend next season at the DWB Stadium.

Town boss Nathan Collins describes Lowe as ‘the best defender in this area by a long way’, but he is thoroughly pleased with all three of his new recruits.

“We have agreed deals with three new players, big signings for the club and real quality players,” he said.

Collins also told The Standard that all of last season’s squad have agreed to stay with the Poachers, with the exception of Goodhand, who is set to retire.
