Boston Town head off to Deeping Rangers tonight - aiming to right a wrong.

The Poachers felt hard done by when Matt Heron’s last-gasp goal gave their Lincolnshire rivals all three points in the UCL Premier fixture at Tattershall Road this season.

“We felt the score was harsh on us,” said joint-manager Ian Dunn following the 2-1 defeat.

“We did well to get back into the match, only for them to score in the last minute.

“Hopefully, we can do better this time.”

Ex-Boston United midfielder Harry Deane put Deeping ahead with a brilliant curling effort.

But Boston thought they had snatched a point as Ollie Pinner headed them level with three minutes left.

However, Heron had the final say.

Tonight’s clash kicks off at 7.45pm.
