Boston Town are targeting their second victory of the UCL Premier season this afternoon.

The Poachers host Peterborough Northern Star at Tattershall Road (KO 3pm).

To date, Boston’s sole victory has come at home at the expense of basement side Harborough Town, although they have ground out good draws against the likes of Yaxley and table-topping Deeping Rangers.

But joint boss Ian Dunn believes his side can claim the scalp of Northern Star.

“We’re not rolling over for teams,” Dunn said.

“We’ve just fallen short so far. But we’re not a million miles away.

“We always look to win three points.”

Star sit 10th in the table with 14 points.

But a victory for Boston - who welcome Liam Bull back from suspension - will see them move to within four points of today’s visitors.

Ollie Pinner will miss out for Town as he serves match two of a three-game ban.
