FIRST-teamers Ricky Drury, Jason Field, Travis Munn, Joe French and Korey Dyer-Stewart will bolster Martyn Bunce’s Boston United Reserves as they host Skegness Town tonight.
Striker Jordan Nuttell was substituted with a knock on Saturday and could miss out.
Kick off is at 7.45pm and admission to the Fantasy Island Stand is £2 for adults and £1 for season ticket holders and concessions.
The Pilgrims will be looking to build upon Saturday’s 4-1 win over Grimsby Borough Reserves.
The Pilgrims needed to bounce back after last weekend’s loss to Sleaford Town Reserves in style - and that’s exactly what happened.
Once again, a young Boston side started well and and confidence quickly spread throughout the team as Joe Briers gave the side a second-minute lead, heading home Liam Ogden’s cross.
United controlled the game and created numerous chances.
But against the run of play Grimsby equalised on 40 minutes, John Waugh finding the net from 20 yards.
Boston regained that lead on 55 minutes as man-of-the-match Briers turned provider.
His strong run saw him beat several players before teeing up Ogden for a simple tap-in.
Ogden then created the third goal.
His corner found Lewis Sturman at the back and he headed home just after the hour mark.
Briers then grabbed his second of the game.
With 12 minutes left he calmly finished with a right-foot shot.
UNITED: S. Vince, Butler, Price, Sturman, Dawson, Elliot (Beauchamp 59), Steadman (Eyatt 67), Ogden, French, Briers, Nuttell (Thelen 45); Subs (not used): N. Vince, Delahoy.
