An improved away form will be the secret to a successful season, says Dennis Greene.
Boston United had one of the best home records in the Skrill North last season, winning 15 and drawing four of their 21 matches.
But away from home things didn’t match up, with the Pilgrims’ five victories and eight draws being added to by eight defeats.
“If we can improve our away form we’ll be up there,” said the manager.
“We only won five times. If we’d won seven times away from home we could have been in the top five.
“It will be hard for our home record to be as good as last year’s, but 11 home wins and 11 away wins and we’ll be there.”
