BOSTON United defender Kevin Austin says the Blue Square Bet Premier dream is very much alive.
Austin limped off 24 minutes into Tuesday night’s play-off semi-final first leg at Guiseley with an inflamed heel injury.
And he could only sit and watch from the bench as Warren Peyton’s 75th-minute strike gave Guiseley a 1-0 lead going into Sunday’s second leg clash at York Street (KO 3pm).
But the former Trinidad and Tobago international says the Pilgrims have nothing to fear.
“There’s all to play for in the second leg and we’ll be giving 100 per cent,” he told The Standard.
“It could be a special afternoon.
“We’ll be giving everything to try to make that happen.
“The lads are disappointed (after their 1-0 defeat) but they’ll bounce back.”
