BOSTON United have signed winger Tyrone Kirk.
The wideman - who made a competitive appearance for United in 2009 - has joined the Pilgrims after being without a club.
And he could go straight into Saturday’s squad for the weekend arrival of Hyde United.
“We are delighted to secure Tyrone’s signature,” said United boss Lee Canoville.
“He is a player of undoubted ability and we hope that he will bring width and skill to our team.
“We have been monitoring Tyrone over recent weeks and we are pleased to secure his services going forward.”
Kirk, 25, joined Boston United in the summer of 2009 but only featured in one competitive match, the 1-0 Lincs Shield victory over Brigg.
A brief teammate of Canoville’s, he soon left when League Two Macclesfield showed an interest to sign him up.
Scunthorpe-born Kirk is a former Manchester City trainee who has also been on the books of Corby Town, Rhyl and Barrow.
