BOSTON United bosses Paul Hurst and Rob Scott have quit York Street.
The pair - who are hotly tipped to become the new managers at Blue Square Bet Premier side Grimsby Town but are also being linked to League Two Rotherham United, for whom they both played - resigned with immediate effect this morning.
A statement issued by the Pilgrims said: “The directors of Boston United have confirmed that joint first-team managers Rob Scott and Paul Hurst have resigned from their roles at the football club with immediate effect.
“The search will start immediately for a new first team manager.” United will need someone in the hotseat for Saturday’s all-important trek to fellow play-off candidates Solihull Moors.
