Boston United will finish the campaign without the services of Conor Marshall and David Ferguson.

Injuries mean the duo have both been forced to end their seasons early.

Marshall was taken to hospital during yesterday’s 2-0 victory over Gloucester City following a head collision with teammate Junior Konadu.

It has now been revealed he has fractured his cheekbone and eye socket.

Meanwhile, on-loan Ferguson has returned to Sunderland with an injury ruling him out until the summer.

Rene Steer will fill in one of the full back roles as he returns from suspension in time for Tuesday’s visit to Altrincham.

Meanwhile, new recruit Zak Mills will also be available to slot in at full back following the Robins match, when his suspension ends.
