SWINESHEAD Institute and Boston United Reserves will be looking to get back into Lincolnshire League action this Saturday.

Institute saw their league fixture against Cleethorpes Town postponed at the weekend, as the entire division suffered a blank week due to the weather conditions.

This was the second week running that Swineshead have been left with a postponement.

They now face a tough trek to third-place Nettleham on Saturday (KO 2pm).

Boston United Reserves will be in action at the Jakemans Stadium.

They host Grimsby Borough Reserves (KO 2pm).

Victory could see fifth-placed United leapfrong Grimsby, who are currently fourth, two points ahead of the Pilgrims’ second string.

Boston were without a fixture on Saturday as their manager Glen Maddison and some players were set to be involved in the Lincolnshire League’s select team, which was due to face Cheshire in the FA Inter-League Cup. The match was also postponed until March 3.
