Conor Marshall has signed a deal to remain at Boston United.
The right back had already pledged his future to the Pilgrims, but made it official by putting pen to paper on Saturday.
“I’m happy at Boston,” the 20-year-old told The Standard.
The news will be welcomed by manager Dennis Greene, who has already lost defenders Tom Ward and Nathan Stainfield this summer.
Marshall joins Peter Bore, Carl Piergianni and Netan Sansara as the club’s recognised defenders, with Greene eager to recruit two more centre backs.
Just Ben Milnes and Ben Fairclough are left to sign the deals on the table as United continue with their pre-season training.
