Nowhere to Hyde as Graham prepares to meet the Boston United fans

NEW Boston United assistant manager Graham Hyde’s first job with the club will see him grilled by Pilgrims fans.

Hyde - whose career saw him turn out in the Premier League for Sheffield Wednesday - was named as Jason Lee’s new number two a fortnight ago.

Now, supporters will be offered the chance to put their questions to the ex-Redditch United manager (pictured) at a Fans’ Forum.

The event will be held on July 4 at the Pilgrim Lounge, York Street.

Supporters will also be given the opportunity to quiz United chairman David Newton, vice-chairman Neil Kempster and manager Lee.

Topics as diverse as ground relocation and future player recruitment are expected to be covered.

Doors will be open from 7pm and the forum will get underway at 7.30pm.

The event will be hosted by BBC Lincolnshire’s Scott Dalton.

Another event for fans’ diaries will be the Community Day.

The event takes place on August 12.

The Pilgrims will be opening up the Jakemans Stadium for a family event between 11am and 3pm.

Included will be an informal meet the players session, while the annual 2012-2013 squad photograph will be taken during the afternoon.
