Pilgrims hand out two debuts ahead of Murray’s first match in charge

New manager Adam Murray has named his first Boston United team - handing debuts to Ross Durrant and Charlie Gatter.

The duo are both named in the starting XI to face FC United of Manchester at Broadhurst Park (KO 3pm).

Durrant will start in goal, shielded by a back four of Josh Robinson, Joe Maguire and full backs Kalern Thomas - his first appearance in five matches - and Ben Gordon.

Callum Chippendale, Gatter and Lewis Hilliard will form a midfield three, with an attacking trio of Marcus Marshall joining leading scorers Jay Rollins and Gregg Smith, both of whom have eight goals to their name.

On the bench are Ben Clappison, the returning Lamin Colley, Waide Fairhurst, Jason St Juste and keeper Michael Emery.
