Boston United will be in action at Wincham Park this eveining, hoping it’s third-time lucky after their previous two attempts at the FA Trophy tie were postponed.

While the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League First Division side may be two rungs below Boston in the footballing ladder, Bunce knows they will be no pushovers.

The first attempt to play the third qualifying round contest ended at half time due to heavy fog, but Witon led 1-0.

And Bunce saw enough from that day to realise the Pilgrims aren’t in for an easy ride.

“We know what they’ll offer us on Tuesday and that’s not being disrespectful at all,” he said.

“It’ll be another battle and we’ll have to match that.”

The winners will host Chester FC in round one on Saturday, unless a replay in needed, which will then take place at the Jakemans Stadium instead.

Kick off will be at 7.45pm tonight.
