Fabian Spiess will make his Boston United debut at Curzon Ashton this afternoon, after being handed the number one jersey.

Fellow new recruit Conor Green takes his place on the bench alongside youth teamer Kofi Ross, who has been promoted to the first team for the first time.

However, winger Kaine Felix joins Dayle Southwell, Richard Jones and Dylan McEvoy on the sidelines following his hamstring injury.

He will be replaced by Mark Jones in the starting XI.

Spiess, a former Notts County and Torquay United stopper, will replace Jason Alexander between the sticks after signing in the week.

Left back Green arrives from Notts County while Ross is also a defender.

United are also expected to extend McEvoy’s loan from Sunderland until the end of the season.
