BOSTON United reported back for duty last night, as pre-season training began.
The Pilgrims’ squad were put through their paces by fitness coach Ian Freeman.
Freeman, who has previously worked with Notts County, Mansfield Town and the swimmers at Loughborough University, is beginning his second season with the club.
Among the workouts were resistance training, as the players ran with parachutes attached to their backs and
Chairman David Newton also attended to cast his eye over proceedings as he aims to see his Pilgrims earn promotion to the Blue Square Premier this term.
Also at training was new assistant boss Graham Hyde.
