Can Poachers defeat Eynesbury - and kickstart another successful run?

Boston Town will be looking to put another successful run together as they travel to Eynesbury Rovers today.

The Poachers put back-to-back festive derby defeats behind them to beat Harborough Town 1-0 at the DWB Stadium last Saturday.

Before those losses to Sleaford and Deeping Rangers, Town won six of their previous seven encounters, and Mark Angel would love his side to pt together a similar sequence and help force the team up the UCL Premier.

Eynesbury currently sit seventh in the standings, 10 places and 11 points above Boston.

However, the Poachers have a game in hand and victory could see them given the chance to progress up a very tightly-contested middle third of the division.

Rovers’ past two matches have been postponed, their last contest being a 1-0 defeat at Wisbech.

But they have won their last two matches at the Alfred Hall Memorial Ground.

Kick off will be at 3pm.
