Boston Town boss Dan Barrett was full of praise for his side’s ‘individual performances’ following Saturday’s 5-1 victory at Harborough Town.
Renzie Lobendhan and Jack Wightwick both netted braces, while substitute Gary Cross also found the target.
Dan Knott pulled a consolation goal back for the hosts with seven minutes remaining.
“Saturday was a good, solid performance,” the manager said.
“Saturday brough some great individual performances and personal battles we won, which are imperative, whoever your opponents are.
“Renzie Lobendhan was fantastic throughout and got his rewards with another two very good goals.
“Jack Wightwick got himself a brace, and his second goal being a great solo effort with a very delicate and clever finish.
“Gary Cross also found the net after coming off the bench at half time and giving me the reaction I had hoped for.
“I was very happy with his performance.”
