Nathan Collins is hoping to add the finishing touches to his Boston Town squad this week.
The Poachers boss is in talks with two players, who he thinks can help improve his squad ahead of next year’s UCL Premier campaign.
“There are two more players I’m talking to,” he told The Standard. “And I expect to get their answers this week.
“One lad’s from Peterborough and the other’s from Boston way but has been playing in the UCL for another club, higher up the table.
“I’m hoping that at least one of them will agree to join us, and then we’ll be there as a team, I think.”
Town signed midfielder Tom Charlesworth last week.
