Poachers set to face leaders

The Poachers have won three of their last four matches to give their survival hopes a massive boost.

But Saturday’s clash at the DWB Stadium will see Gary Frost’s side up against the team taking the United Counties League Premier Division by storm (KO 3pm).

Sports sit 12 points clear of second-placed Deeping Rangers and have netted 125 times in 35 contests.

Their squad includes ex-Boston United players Mark and Richard Jones.

Town moved 13 points clear of the United Counties League Premier Division drop zone with a 2-0 win at basement side Huntingdon.

Goals from Jordan Tate and Danny Maddison ensured victory, which also comdemned the Croms to relegation.

Town have now moved up to 19th place.
