Boston Town will host Walkington at the DWB Stadium on Saturday.

The Poachers’ second pre-season friendly will see them take on Walky - who can boast former Premier League attacker Dean Windass amongst their number.

Windass - who had a successful career with clubs such as Hull City, Bradford City and Middlesbrough - is currently turning out for the Humber Premier League side.

Forty-seven-year-old Windass will also take questions in a Q&A session in the Tattershall Road clubhouse after the contest.

The game will also be another chance for manager Nathan Collins, back at the club for a second stint in the dug-out, to run the rule over his young squad, including new recruits defender Josh Sunter and striker Danny Trott, plus the returning Tom Charlesworth and Sam O’Malley.

Kick off will be at 3pm.
