Boston Town will mark their 50th anniversary by paying tribute to some of their greatest players.
The Poachers will unveil a Hall of Fame to celebrate their golden jubilee, after forming in the summer of 1964.
But the club is keeping its fans guessing who will be included.
The first member of the Hall of Fame will be revealed on Friday (August 22) - exactly half a century after Boston FC played their first competitive fixture.
In all, 50 legendary players will be honoured throughout the season.
Bostontownfc.co.uk web editor Simon Ashberry said: “We want to pay tribute to those players who have made the biggest contributions to this club over the past five decades.
“It can be difficult to weigh up the merits of footballers from different eras but we think we’ve come up with a list of the 50 players who have made the most lasting impact, whether through prodigious goalscoring feats, outstanding skill or sheer loyalty and longevity.”
The players chosen for the Hall of Fame will be published one by one on the club’s website at regular intervals during the 2014-15 season.
