Wyberton will be looking to make ground on Skegness United when the two sides meet in the Lincolnshire League on Saturday.
Gary Frost’s side currently sit fourth in the table, four points behind their weekend opponents who sit one position above them in the standings.
And with the United having the luxury of a game in hand, Wyberton know that victory at the Causeway will be important if they are intent on catching the leading pack before the season comes to a close.
Skegness Town currently top the table with 26 points.
Horncastle Town are in second with 23 points, level with Skegness United, but with a superior goal difference.
Wyberton sit in fourth on 19 points.
Hykeham Town also have 19 points and, despite their inferior goal difference, have five games in hand.
