More players needed for charity golf day

Teams of three from across the county and further afield are being invited to take part in a charity golf day being organised by chartered accountants Duncan & Toplis.

Already nearly 60 teams have signed up for the event, being held at Belton Woods, near Grantham on July 1.

This will be the firm’s 26th annual charity golf day, and teams taking part represent businesses and organisations from across the region.

It is open to men’s, ladies’ or mixed teams and the format involves teams of three playing a Stableford tournament. Entry is £180 per team.

There are team prizes as well as the Duncan & Toplis Shield for the overall winners, plus prizes for nearest the pin on the par threes, separate longest drives for gents and ladies, and a twos competition.
