Team Evolution members who attend the club’s kick-fit circuit training travelled to Newark to compete in the 10k Obstacle Race called the Airfield Anarchy.

Mark Baldry, Kev Hunter, Dave Chambers, Danny Maddison, Steve Warrant, Paul Chester and John Chand all completed the event in brilliant times.

The team said that the event was gruelling but very enjoyable and they will continue to train towards the next one.

The weekend before, Louise Clayton and Sophie Clayton, who both also attend Evolution Martial Arts’ kick-fit circuit training and kickboxing classes, ran the 5k Pretty Muddy Run in aid of Cancer Research UK, the girls finishing in good times in aid of a great cause.

Evolution Martial Arts holds its classes at their Fishtoft Road base on Monday and Wednesday nights from 8.15pm-9.15pm.

Pictured above are some of Team Evolution who competed in the events.
