Millson sustains 're-fracture' of his leg - reports

Wednesday, 12 noon - HAS Adam Millson's season just got worse? A report suggests he has re-fractured the leg he broke at the end of last season.

Millson hobbled out of the Meeres Stadium on crutches last night after the Pilgrims beat Grantham Town to lift the Lincs Senior Shield.

Early indications suggested the midfielder suffered bruising.

But a Twitter post by Millson's former teammate Wes Parker suggests otherwise.

Gainsboroughg Trinity defender Parker tweeted: "Get well soon Adam Milson (sic). Just spoke to him and he's sustained A re-fracture of the same leg last night. I'm gutted for the lad."

Millson has played just five times this season after breaking his leg at Nantwich in April.

Last night's match was only his second start of the campaign.

Keep logging on throughout the day for more reaction from last night's match...
