Mick Stamp won Westwood Lakes’ Sunday Open Match this weekend.

The sun was out most of the time for the match on Swallow Lake.

And the event was boosted as more-than respectable weights were brought in.

Most anglers were using the time honoured maggot and pellets and first place and the golden peg went to Stamp (Preston/Sonubaits) on peg four with 82lbs 8oz.

In second was Andy Beasley (Garbolino/RAF) with a haul of 65lbs 8oz.

He drew peg six.

In third was Steve Lane (Westwood/Marukyu), located on peg 16 and taking 50lbs 8oz
