Anne Wallhead scooped the Granny Trophy at Boston Golf Club.

Last week 20 ladies turned out for the June Frankish Trophy, with 16 ladies eligible to compete for what is known affectionately as the Granny Trophy - plus extra stableford.

It was significantly poignant for Barry Frankish to present the trophy to the winner as June sadly passed away recently after a long illness.

And, on this one occasion, along with the annual trophy, a tray was also presented to the winner in remembrance.

The winner was Anne with 35 stableford points.

She also won the stableford.

Ruth Simpson was overall runner-up with 33 points in the extra stableford competition, but she was not eligible for the Granny Trophy.

Pam Bett took second place in the June Frankish Trophy competition, finishing third overall.

Pam also recorded a two in the twos competition.
