Dave has nipped in for his first darts title

Boston Standard Premier Division

DAVE Hasnip has won the Friday Night Individual Darts Premier title for the first time after picking up a 4-2 victory over Debra Royal.

Ady Parker secured second spot as he beat Derek Johnson 4-0.

Graham Sharp finished in third after beating Paul Grainger 4-1.

Paul, however, went on to beat Sean Rickell to conclude his season.

Fourth place has yet to be decided ahead of the final week’s matches, with Chris Royal in danger of losing his place to Mark Simpson or Bob Mountain.

Lincs Racing Division One

DARREN Aucote has become the Division One champion in his first season, finishing on 82 points.

Runners-up spot is taken by Paul Hutter on 79.

Three points behind in third is Dan Flynn while Redvers Dickinson nipped in for fourth.

Stan Smith picked off the season’s highest finish of 154, while Aucote had the highest average of 24.14.

John Smith’s & PG Vending Division Two

LUKE Everitt’s cool hand saw him claim a vital 3-2 win against Ben Leadbetter to take the Division Two title.

Aaron Upsall beat Di Hunt 3-0 to finish second, while Di still finished as the leading lady.

Jimmy Birtwhistle secured a third-placed finish with a 3-0 victory over Suzy Watson.

Bob Birtwhistle claimed sixth with a 3-1 success against Louise Willacombe, who secured fourth in the ladies’ section. Two wins saw Rob Scrupps finish fourth, beating Liz Chapman 3-0 and Darren Brierley 3-1.

Phil Hunt’s 3-1 win against Sophie Marston saw him take eighth. Dennis Turner beat Darren Brierley 3-0.

Final positions: Men’s - 1 Luke Everitt 78, 2 Aaron Upsall 77, 3 Jimmy Birtwhistle 72 (leg diff), 4 Rob Scrupps 72; Ladies - 1 Di Hunt 63, 2 Angie Upsall 55, 3 Susie Watson 47, 4 Louise Willacombe 36.
