Everything to play for in darts Championship

There are still two weeks to go and everything to play for in the Friday Night Darts League’s Pizza Perfection Championship.

After Friday’s action it’s well set up for next week.

Rowena Watson and Wally Almond had a good match, Rowena averaging 23.28 in a 3-2 win.

Anthony Bennett picked up a good 3-1 win over Rob Scrupps.

Harry Lee keeps his chances of the title alive after picking up a good 3-1 win over Wally Almond.

Anthony Bennett then played Ben Bagley in a close five-legger which Anthony edged 3-2.

Rowena Watson still has hopes off nicking the title off Harry but suffered a little setback after losing out in another good five-legger with Rob Scrupps.

In the All Sports Trophies & Engraving Division Two, the final placing a have now been decided and Mark Baily is the champion.

He set a total of 58 points for Aaron Upsall to try to beat as Aaron took on Sammi Barsley.

Sammi picked off a great 74 finish in leg one to put Aaron under pressure.

Sammi was very consistent in leg two and held well to lead 2-0.

Aaron hit back in leg three but a great 96 finish from Sammi sealed the match 3-1 and denied Aaron’s chance.

The one point was important for Aaron as it confirmed runners-up spot.

Ali Royal finished third and Luke Cammack fourth.
