Local riders will be in action on the grass as Wainfleet and District Sporting Motorcycle Track Racing Club hosts the Robert Chatterton Trophy on Sunday.
Top riders will come from as far as Kent and Newcastle, to compete in classes such as 500cc, 350cc and 250cc solos, plus the awesome 1,000cc sidecars.
Twelve teams - including five former British Masters champions - will compete in the sidecars.
Among them will be last year’s International Poacher champion, Friskney’s Colin Blackbourn, joined by passenger Carl Pugh.
They will be up against formidable opposition, including York’s Rob Bradley, with Wrangle’s Shaun Simpson in the sidecar.
Former Boston Barracuda speedway rider Dean Garrod will compete in the solos, with a number of other top riders.
The meeting will support a small group of youth riders, aged from six upwards.
Racing starts at 1.30pm, with practice at noon.
Admission costs £12 (£10 OAP, £5 under 16s). For details on the Irby in the Marsh course, call 01754 880 659.
