LAA athletes succeed at Lincolnshire County Championships

MEMBERS of the Lincolnshire Athletics Academy enjoyed success at the county championships.

Senior Joseph Evling-White finished first in high jump and long jump, second in discus and third in javelin.

Under 20 Michael Craven was second in 800m and third in 400m.

The under 17s saw Kane Walker win the 100m, 200m, 400m and come second in 400m hurdles.

In the under 15s, Ashley Sandall was first in the 200m (24.7 secs PB) and 400m, Cameron Marshall came first over 3,000m and second in the 1,500m, Sam Smith was second in the 400m and 800m, Daniel Patterson was second in the 2,000m steeplechase and Rosie Marshall was second over 800m and third in the 200m.

The under 13s saw Nesta Baxter come first in discus and third in high jump, while Mike Prodden was third in the discus and 1,500m.
