Hannah Macleod has been named in England’s squad for the 2013 EuroHockey Championships.
The Boston-born striker is one of 18 players selected for the competition, which begins in Antwerp, Belgium, on Saturday.
England have been drawn in Pool B alongside Germany, Spain and Scotland.
England are currently ranked fourth in the world, with Germany a place behind them. Spain are 14th and Scotland 19th.
In the other pool, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland and Belarus will battle it out to qualify for a semi final place.
England will compete in the opening contest of the tournament, taking on Spain at 10am.
Macleod, 29, was part of the Great Britain team which won bronze at the Olympic games last year.
Lincoln’s Georgie Twigg will also be in the squad.
