Les Martin won a Traffic Lights competition held by the Seniors’ Section at Boston West Golf Club.

John Wade was second and Ken Ashforth third.

Nearest the pin winners were John Chain and Keith Boothby.

A Waltz was won by John Clark, John Wade and David Brown with 88 points.

However, they needed coutback to see off Dick Young, Geoff Upsall, Eddie Hunt.

Ian McKenzie, Glyn Morgan and John Perkins finished third on 83 points.

Nearest the Pin winners were Neil McCallum and Mike Rowe.

Graham Storr won an individual stableford with 46 points.

In second was Mike Gust with 42 points and third went to Paul Heppenstall on 38 points.

Nearest the Pin winners were Graham Storr and John Clark.

A Traditional Waltz was won by the team of Phil Thomas, Norman Smith, John Clark with 73 points.

Second went to Neil McCallum, Peter Whyers and John Perkins with 63 points and there were Errol Appleby, John Chain and Eddie Hunt on 60 points.

The Seniors were beaten 4.5-3.5 by Spalding.

Boston West’s winning pairs were Errol Appleby & Ian McKenzie, John Tabano & Mike Rowe and John Chain & Norman Stanley.

Neil McCallum & Geoff Upsall halved their match.

The Seniors, however, defeated South Kyme 5-3.

Andy Frankowski & Keith Boothby, John Chain & Geoff Upsall, Mike Rowe & Ken Ashforth, Graham Goor & Neil McCallum and Stewart Pikett & John Clark were the winning pairs.
