Mickie hits the road to collect his his trophies

Following a successful speedway and grasstrack campaign, the 12-year-old has been in attendance at a number of presentation evenings to pick up his silverware.

The Boston Grammar School pupil was the Fenland Grasstrack Junior Club and Open champion, collecting his awards at Peterborough.

At Preston he collected the trophy for being the Grasstrack Junior Club Champion.

Meanwhile, he also collected titles at King’s Lynn.

These included the Southern Track Riders’ Speedway Youth Club, Joe Burdekin Memorial and Youth Rider of the Year trophies.
