Savannah riders pass their stable examinations

RIDERS from Kirton’s Savannah Equestrian have been successful taking their Asociation of British Riding Schools.

Children took exams in both horse riding and stable management.

Tuula Sohngen passed her equitation test C, Rhianna Law passed her stable management test D.

Passing equitation test one were Lorraine Creasey and Mable Clarke, and passing equitation test two was Lorraine Creasey.

Emily Parker passed her equitation test three and Lorraine Creasey also passed her stable management test one.

The girls from the Pony Club have also been busy earning badges.

Indianna O’Conner and Sian Welberry earnt their bandaging and rug badges.

Tuula Sohngen, Chloe Wilde, Lauren Holdershaw, Nayanna Gash and Sophie Bridgeman earnt their mini grooming and mini care of the foot badges, and Lauren Holdershaw and Nayanna Gash also earnt their mini feeding badge.

Demi Lee has earnt her points of the pony mini badge.

The Pony Club is for children who do not own their own horse or pony, and runs every Sunday morning (9am-noon).
