In the Boston and District Snooker League’s Super League, a big win for Shodfriars 20 saw them beat BSC 2 7-1.

The first frame went to the black, A. Young pinching it over Grant Marshall, then winning the second more comfortably.

Beef Hurling and Daley Richardson played out a draw before Carl Rowe and Tom Hill both won against Lee Ford and D. Himsworth.

BSC 3 drew 4-4 with BSC 5 - John Sharp and B. Howden both winning to put ‘5 4-0 up.

The match was rescued by Neil Hutson and Andy Swan.

Top of the table BSC 13 beat the bottom-placed BSC 9 6-2, 2-0 wins for Joe Welch and Adam Brackenbury.

BSC 1 continued to show their credentials with a 7-1 win over Cons 1, only C. Stanley taking a point for Cons.

In the Premier League, another big win for Q Club 1 saw them pull away at the top of the league, this time winning 6-2 over BSC 16.

Only Dave Cutting was in the points for ’16 with a 2-0 over Nathan Barton.

Scott Gray, Barry Cox and Craig Lee all won 2-0 for the ‘1.

Q Club 2 were beaten by Cons 2 5-3.

BSC 19 reversed last week’s soreline with a 5-3 over Graves Park 4.

BSC 12 had a big win against BSC 8, 6-2.

They were 6-0 up before Shaun Dunmore took two frames for ‘8.

In Division One, Shodfriars 3 had a big 7-1 win over Cons 4, Gav Skinner beating S. Richardson 2-0, R. Crunkhorn beating J. Traves 2-0, Colin Woodcock and D.Nundy drew and J. Ely took two with a no show from ‘4’s final player.

In Division Two, Q Club 3 had a great 6-2 win over BSC 17, S. Leary’s taking the ‘17s points, and wins for Dave Cartwright and Jason Cuppleditch.

West End Bowls beat BSC 7 5-3 and the same score line saw a win for Graves Park 3 over Cons 3.
