THE new season at Boston ABC will begin on Monday.
The club will re-open the doors to its Field Street gym, and it is inviting newcomers of all ages to try out the sport.
Whether you are looking to step into the ring for competitive action, or just work on your fitness levels, the club has something for you.
And ladies are also welcome to come and train with the club, along with adults and juniors.
The club has enjoyed some success in recent years.
Last year, middleweight Ross Batey reached the quarter-finals of the All-England Amateur Boxing Association championships.
Other fighters have also achieved success for the Boston club, including current professional light-heavyweight Callum Johnson, who began training there as a youngster.
And showing it is not all about the boys, Boston fighter Nina Bradley made her debut for the Field Street club earlier this year, in a home-town show hosted by Boston ABC.
Since then she has been in constant demand on the ladies’ circuit, fighting across the country.
Boston ABC hosts sessions for adults throughout the week, as well as ladies’ night events.
They also host training times dedicated to juniors under the age of 15.
