The Men’s Seconds lost 8-4 to Grantham in the Aegon Lincolnshire Division One.

The team was Callum Simmons, James Newton, Andy Clamp and Ryan Frankish.

Michal Chmielik, Sam Felipes, David Cheer and Thomas Cozens made up the Men’s Third team who lost their county match 8-4 at David Lloyd Burton Waters C, despite the final three matches going down to championship tie-breaks.

It was not just the adults in Aegon league action this week as the club’s Boston’s mini orange B team of Rebecca Dickens, Lois Boothby, Bethany Hayes and Isabelle Servonat convincingly beat Deeping 8-2.

Both the mini red teams played and Boston A – Lois Boothby, Paul Aranin, Isabel Wookey and James Gedney - beat Grantham B, winning all 16 individual matches.

The B team – Joshua Brooks, James Burrell, Jacob Felipes and Emily Stukins - (pictured) won 9-7 at Deepings Tennis Club.
