Dave Coupland scooped joint-13th place at the Rolex Trophy this week.
The Boston golfer also picked up 3,900 Euros for his -10 performance at Switzerland’s Golf Club De Geneve.
On Thursday, Coupland completed the 72-par course in 71 shots.
A day later he returned another card of 71 - which was enough to make the cut.
He also played alongside tennis ace Tim Henman on Friday as part of the Pro-Am format.
But after getting used to the course, Coupland came into his own.
Saturday’s superb round of 67 was followed by a 69 on Sunday.
And that was enough for Coupland to share 13th spot with Edouard Espana (France), Antonio Hortal (Spain) and Damian Ulrich (Switzerland).
Next up on the European Challenge Tour will be the Northern Ireland Open Challenge in association with Maui Jim Sunglasses.
The event will be played at Glagorm Castle, Ballymena, County Antrim in Northern Ireland.
After that, Coupland is preparing for competitions in Kazakhstan, Rome, China, Oman and Dubai.
