Kavan Williamson has won the Boston Golf Club Championship.
He won the two-day competition by carding a nett 75 on day one and nett 67 the following day.
His total of nett 142 was enough for him to win the title.
In what proved to be a fruitful weekend for Kavan, he also won the Best Nett (142) award, as well as finishing as the Best Rabbit and Best Junior.
Josh Payne was the runner-up with nett scores of 70 and 73 to finish on 143.
In third place was Mark Lee with a total of nett 144 from rounds of 71 and 73.
Mark was also named the Best Senior.
The Division One winner was Lee Francis.
He carded nett 71 and nett 73 over the two days for a total of 144.
John H. Payne won Division Two with rounds of 72 and 79 to record a final score of nett 149.
The best gross went to Matty Hoyland (157) and the winner of the Killick Trophy was Ryan Austin (73).
Boston Golf Club has also hosted a four-man Am-Am stableford on the Cowbridge course.
The format saw each team’s best two scores counting on holes one to eight and 10 to 17, with all four scores standing on holes nine and 18.
Winning with 90 points were the quartet of B. Aspeslagh, R. Aspeslagh, S. Sizer and B. White.
In second were M. Hoyland, J. Payne, R. McGowan and M. McDowell with 89.
The team of M. Jones, M. Melton, D. Risby and G Tyler scored 84 to finish third while, in fourth with 83 points, were R. Reed, N. Timby, R. Whitley and P. Kelly.
