BOSTON Rugby Club know victory over derby rivals Skegness will lift them out of minus points.

The Blue and Whites host their Yellowbelly foes on Saturday (3pm).

After beginning the campaign in the Midlands 4 East (North) on -12 points following an on-pitch altercation with Ollerton in the final game of last season, Boston have made a storming start to life in their new division.

Victories over Keyworth and Nottinghamians see Boston go into tomorrow’s clash on -3 points.

Another win would see them out of the red, while a victory with the two bonus points available may even see them off the bottom of the table, leapfrogging Nottingham Boots Corsairs, Horncastle and Chesterfield Panthers.

Boston are in fine form at present, following successes over Nottinghamians (25-19) on Saturday and Thorney (60-15) in the Midlands Junior Vase the previous week.

In both matches, Tom Brooks has scored 20 points for the Blue and Whites.
