YOUNG members of Boston Rugby Club showed off their skills to representatives from the Leicester Tigers.

The mini players took part in a week-long camp at Stamford, run by the Aviva Premiership club.

During the week the players were able to practice all of the skills necessary to develop their game, while also being able to train with players from other clubs throughout Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.

The skills and development that they were able to achieve over the week will stand them in good stead ready for the new season that begins at Boston on September 2.

Boston RFC welcome all players, both existing and new, to come along for the new season.

Boys and Girls aged five to seven take part in non-contact tag rugby, while players aged eight onwards take part in a gradual scale of contact rugby, introducing new aspects of the game each year.

For more information, call James Vickers on 07765 400175.

Alternatively, you can come along to Boston Rugby Club on Sundays at 10.30am, from September 2.
