Boston Rugby Club’s under 16s won 42-12 at Skegness this weekend.
The hosts were under pressure from the off and two quick penalty kicks from Matt Bray saw Boston 66-0 up early on.
Herbie Laidlaw scrambled over to score and Matt Bray converted to put Boston 13-0 up before Skegness reduced the arrears with a converted try of their own.
Ross Chambers and Tom Howlett both added further tries, both converted by Bray, as they went in at the interval 27-12 in front.
After the interval, further tries from Chambers, Callum McNulty and Ben Clawson saw the Blue and Whites extend their lead further.
Clawson and Bray were named as players of the match.
