Reigning Aviva Premiership champions Leicester Tigers were in Boston this week to help youngsters develop their rugby skills.
The visit was organised by Boston Rugby club and supported by TNS Financial Services and Coun Alison Austin.
The week-long training camp was aimed at promoting sport and exercise during half term.
Seventy-three boys learned a variety of skills including the values of teamwork, sportsmanship and respect.
Participants learned about nutrition and ate healthy meals all week.
Leicester Tigers and ex-England international George Chuter provided a master class in the art of lineout play.
Craig Newby, the Leicester Tigers and ex-New Zealand international, demonstrated the essential skills needed at the breakdown.
Event organiser James Vickers said: “The children have all had a fantastic week.
“There have been so many positive comments from them about what they have learned and what fun they have had.”
The team from Leicester Tigers are hoping to make a return visit to the area very in the not too distant future.
