Boston Rugby Club will begin their Midlands 3 East (North) campaign on the road.

The Blue and Whites’ first competitive fixture will be the Notts, Lincs and Derbyshire Cup match away at Lincoln on September 6.

And the following weekend Willem Jonker’s side will begin their league campaign at Nottingham Moderns.

Their first home match at the Princess Royal Sports Arena will be their first Lincolnshire derby of the league campaign, when they host Sleaford on September 20.

After winning back-to-back promotions to reach the Midlands 3 level, Boston spent last season consolidating their place in the division.

However, they did add to their trophy cabinet, completing their season with a 41-0 demolition of Buxton in the Notts, Lincs and Derbyshire Plate final.
