A HONEYMOON in Italy followed the wedding of Tina Sharp and Richard Davies.
The bride is the eldest daughter of Norman and Freda Sharp, of Boston, and the groom is the only son of John and Rose Davies, of Welshpool, Wales.
The couple were married at Lake Vyrnwy Hotel, Llanwyddyn, Wales, in a service conducted by Edwin Hughes. The reception was held at the same venue.
A blessing followed the next day at Beulah Chapel, New Mill.
Tina was given away by her father. She wore an ivory gown and carried a bouquet of ivory and red roses.
She was attended by Lisa Vaughan (bride's sister), Elizabeth Davies (groom's sister) and Caroline Moyser (bride's friend). The bridesmaids wore burgundy satin dresses.
Best man was Andi Cook (groom's friend).
The couple honeymooned at Lake Garda.
Tina was educated at Boston High School and is now a primary school teacher in Royston, Herts. Richard attended Llanfair Caereinion High School and now works as a research scientist.
They will make their home in Cambridge.

Today's Vote

This week: Regarding the planned works at the Geoff Moulder pool do you want to see:
a) The training pool closed and £2.5m spent on the leisure pool?
b) The money split between the two pools so they can both stay open?
