Paul Ferguson and Jennie Woods

JENNIE Woods and Paul Ferguson have married in a ceremony at St Guthlac's Church, Fishtoft, conducted by the Rev Canon Ted Barlow.
The bride is the eldest daughter of John and Ann Woods, of Fishtoft Road, Fishtoft, and the groom is the youngest son of Patrick and Ann Ferguson, Newcastle, Co Down, Northern Ireland.

Given away by her father, the bride wore a diamond white A-line dress of organza over satin with a corset back gown and a sweetheart neckline. She carried a bouquet of white akita roses, alstromeria, eucalyptus, pennisetum foxtail, ivy and china grass.

She was attended by Sophie Woods (bride's sister) and Robyn Smith (bride's friend), who wore full-length antique green gowns with satin trims.

Best men were Ruairi O'Neill and Gavin Rooney.
A reception was held in a marquee at the bride's parents' home in Fishtoft and the couple later left for a honeymoon in Hong Kong and Bali.

Jennie was educated at The Giles School, Old Leake, Boston High School, and the University of Leeds and is an HR manager at Severn Trent Water in Birmingham. Paul was educated at St Malachy's High School, Castlewellam, Queen's University at Belfast and the University of Birmingham and is a doctor at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.

The couple are to live in Birmingham.
