Wednesday, 9.30am - A CANADIAN band famed for their live appearances make their debut at Spilsby Theatre on Thursday (May 22).
The Paperboys' sound has been described as a place where Irish, Mexican and roots music collide.
This multicultural mix isn't surprising from a bilingual band whose founding member is Mexican-Canadian and whose players cover a range of musical backgrounds – bluegrass to soul to traditional Scottish and Irish.
Critics from Billboard to The Washington Post have praised the Paperboys' sound, with one saying it is 'reminiscent of early Elton John and Van Morrison'.
Thursday's show starts at 7.30pm and tickets cost 10 (9 concessions) from 01790 752936.
